As a long-standing partner to the agricultural and construction machinery industry as well as the commercial vehicle and bus sector, HÖRMANN Automotive Saarland GmbH specialises in the development, manufacture and supply of high-quality cold and hot forming components, welded assemblies, piping and interior systems.

With a production area of over 20,000 square metres and around 350 qualified employees, we process and work with stainless steels, copper and aluminium in addition to standard deep-drawn steels. To ensure the highest quality, we rely on a modern machine park in the areas of 2D and 3D laser technology, bending technology, welding robotics, CNC machining centres and automated and manual presses that are suitable for both cold and hot forming.

Our services focus on the order- and customer-specific construction of components in small and medium batch sizes as well as series production, which is characterised by a remarkable product variety. Our versatile product portfolio includes large-area side panels for harvesters, mudguards for tractors, attachments for commercial vehicles, chassis and axle-bearing chassis parts, steel bumpers for trucks, ready-to-install ceiling systems for city buses and coaches, and pipes for fuel, refrigerant, hydraulics, oil and water.
